Every heavy timber pergola and pavilion we provide is customized around the size, design, and structural requirements of the project.

The pricing below provides realistic starting ranges to help you determine the approximate investment before requesting a custom estimate.

The ranges shown are intended for budget planning purposes. Pricing excludes applicable sales tax and may vary based on the specific requirements of your project.

Heavy timber pergola kit pricing typically ranges from approximately $8,000 for smaller structures to $20,000+ for larger custom pergolas.  Our pergola kits are fabricated from Douglas Fir FOHC timbers and prepared for efficient on-site assembly.

Pricing varies based on overall size, timber configuration, rafter and lattice spacing, custom profiles, stain selection, and other project-specific requirements.

Heavy timber pavilion kit pricing typically ranges from approximately $12,000 for smaller structures to $48,900+ for larger custom pavilions. Pavilion kits include the structural timber frame and roof system, with each structure designed around the specific project.

Professional installation is available for many of our heavy timber pergola and pavilion projects.  Installation pricing is determined by the size and complexity of the structure, project location, site access, roof configuration, and overall installation requirements.

Installation is quoted separately based on the specific project.  Concrete footings, roofing materials, electrical work, permits, equipment access, and other site-specific work may be priced separately depending on the project scope.

Every heavy timber structure is designed around the specific project.  Size is an important factor, but timber dimensions, post and beam layout, roof design, rafter and lattice spacing, and custom architectural details can all affect the final price.

Site conditions and project requirements also play a role.  Delivery location, installation access, engineering requirements, concrete footings, roofing selections, stain options, and other project-specific details are considered when preparing your final estimate.

Our heavy timber pergola and pavilion kits include the structural Douglas Fir timbers, custom fabrication and joinery, selected architectural profiles, assembly hardware, and your selected stain finish.  Each timber component is cut, prepared, and pre-stained before delivery unless you choose to receive your kit unstained.

Pavilion kits include the structural timber roof system and tongue-and-groove sub-roof where applicable. Finished roofing materials, such as shingles or metal roofing, are not typically included but can be added upon request. Engineering, when required, is an additional cost. Delivery is included in the overall project price, while professional installation is quoted separately based on the specific project.
